Kinda confused - what to do next day? The famous Pigeon Island
seemed to be a costly deal (3000 lkr per head) and I wasn't too keen on doing
snorkelling here, having done that at one of the best places, Lakshwadeep. So
we decided on going to Trinchomallee instead - see Ford Fedrick, and Swami
rock. Heat was a bummer, but we still headed out with our umbrellas. We took
the local bus till Trincho and then walked till Fort F and above towards Swami
rock, where a Shiv temple is. Hot hot!! By the way, one can see deer here, like
we see dogs in our city - just roaming around.

Deer - Seen very commonly here |
All the time carrying Ishu and walking in this heat was
exhausting. We looked for some places to eat [so called Trinco rest is only on
Google maps I guess, and one place we actually sat to eat was so hot, we just
got out]. So got back to our homestay and requested our host to cook the same
chicken fried rice for us.

Tushara, our host was really very nice and friendly. He kept us
company and we chit chatted the remaining day. Sayu enjoyed his Kalamari and I
had some mangoes [from the tree, under which we were sitting]. Beach again in
the evening. This time had simple dinner of bread and eggs and packed our stuff for the
next day.
